‘Shōka no Mukashi’ is a matcha favored by the Headmaster of the Urasenke tradition, Zabōsai, at the Kyouan teahouse.
"Urasenke" is one of the major schools of the Japanese tea ceremony.
"Kyouan" is the name of a teahouse.
"Zabōsai" is the title of the current Headmaster (or Grand Master) of the Urasenke school.
